Martin Luther King Jr.

	This stamp commemorates Martin Luther King. In 1955 black people gathered in a 
	church in Montgomery, Alabama. A lot of black people were mad that Rosa Parks 
	was arrested for not giving her seat to a white man. Martin's Dad was a minister
	 at a local church in Alabama. Martin was a bright student. He was a good student
	  because he loved to learn. He graduated from  Morehouse University in 1948. 
	  He was only 19 when he graduated. He received a bachelor of divinity degree 
	  from Theological seminary at Boston University in 1955. He believed in 
	  nonviolence protest but he died in a violence way.
