Forth Amendment

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

The fourth amendment means the law can't come in and search your properties or arrest you for any reason, unless they have a warrant. You can only get a warrant on someone when you have proof or evidence that they may have done something wrong.

My stamp shows a police officer with a warrant to come search a house or the seen of a crime to gather evidence to get proof and suspects.

That means the person has to have a warrant to go into a house and search. A warrant is a piece of paper that has information. If there is no warrant then you don't let him in your house.

My picture shows a man showing a woman a warrant at the door. She is asking the man why and what she has done. The police man is saying the police office thinks that someone is hiding in the house. My stamp costs 32 cents and it is a U.S.A.

This Amendment means that no police officer may come in your house without a warrant. They may not say, " I hear there are some drugs being hidden in this house, may I come in?" The police has to have a warrant to search your house. If the police officer has no warrant, that means they can't come in as they please. There are only two ways they may come in, (1) with an warrant, (2) if they have permission from the person in the house. The police must have some proof that there is something wrong. If they don't have any proof that something is wrong, they may not come in.

My stamp shows a lady telling a man, " You have no warrant, therefor you may not come in!" This stamp is 32 cents. My stamp has U.S.A. on it because it is from U.S.A.

This Amendment means that if a police officer comes to your house and he doesn't have a warrant he cannot come in your house. If a police officer comes to your house and says a person told me that you had some drugs and he doesn't have a warrant or doesn't have evidence he can not search your house. Now if a police officer comes to your house with a warrant he can search your house because the police officer had to show a judge some proof. A police officer can't arrest you or search your house for no reason.

My stamp shows a police officer holding a warrant in front of someone's face, and that person said why and the police officer said that you had been doing drugs and you've been inhaling some glue.
