D is for DOLPHIN

by Jackie

Dolphins eat fish and live in the sea. They love to swim and jump up and down. Dolphins are considered to be one of the most intelligent animals. They can be trained by human beings. They are smarter than a whale. Dolphins are related to whales. Their snout is like a beak. They are mammals and give live birth. Their babies are called calves. The adult Dolphin can be 6 to 8 feet long. My Beanie Baby is Echo the Dolphin. His birthday is on December 21, 1996. He looks like he is jumping out of the water. He looks like a whale too.
