It takes 11 to 12 months before the lobster eggs hatch. American people catch about 44,000 tons of lobsters a year. A lobster eats shrimp, small fish, snails, crabs and other lobsters. A lobster grows from 12 inches to 24 inches. They can live up to 15 years. He has ten legs. Eight legs are used for walking. Lobsters belong to a group called crustacean. My Beanie Baby is Pinchers the Lobster. He was born on June19,1993. He has claws and whiskers. He is red with two black eyes.
