Tenth Amendment
he powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited
by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

The Tenth Amendment states that any power not given to the federal government or not
denied to the states belongs to the states or the people. For example, if there's no
law that says that Maryland can't eat large amounts of crab, Maryland has the right to
eat a lot of crab. This amendment gives people rights to many things.
My stamp shows a man having fun playing tennis. He's saying that, "It's a good
thing that there isn't a law against tennis!"
