Squirrels are brown and furry. They eat nuts and acorns. They live in trees. A baby squirrel is as large as your hand. They usually make loud noises in the trees. Squirrels live from 8 to 9 years. They may have 4 babies each year. Squirrels live in North America, South America, Asia, and Africa. They eat insects too. Foxes, hawks, and coyotes are their enemies. My Beanie Baby is Nuts the Squirrel. Nuts was born January 1, 1996. He is brown and white. He is fuzzy and real soft.
